WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

There are no landlord add-ons or surprises. In most cases we fix rent, VAT, insurance and service charges for the year. Our prices are very competitive, we’re flexible, transparent and we review prices every October.

WHAT ABOUT RATES?

Although tenants are responsible for paying their own rates, in most cases you may benefit from small business rates relief, so rates will not be chargeable. We have the expertise to help you apply.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

We charge a pro-rata shared cost of the buildings insurance which is payable with the rent on a monthly basis. Tenants must have their own contents insurance.

WHAT PARKING DO YOU HAVE?

Parking at Albyn Works is excellent. Some of our workshops and offices benefit from courtyard parking with secure and easy access. There’s free on road parking.

WHAT TRANSPORT LINKS ARE THERE?

  1. By Car: 2 minutes from city centre, 10 minutes from M1: junction 33 south or junction 34 north.
  2. By Tram: 5 minutes walk from the Shalesmoor tram stop, 10 minute walk from the Cathedral tram stop. Visit: www.supertram.com
  3. On foot: We reckon it takes 20 – 25 minutes to walk into town. We take the scenic route over Ball Street bridge so you might catch site of a kingfisher or the fly fisherman on the River Don, past the Kelham Island Tavern and off up through the Cathedral Quarter.
  4. By Bus: We’re well serviced by bus and it’s a 10-minute bus ride into town.
  • No 53 Ecclesfield stops outside the front door on Burton Road and the back of the building on Mowbray Street
